Donna joined Somerset in the capacity of Human Resources Manager in October 1999 with 12 years of human resources and recruiting experience. She is responsible for developing our Human Resources Department and internal controls for the following areas: state and federal compliance and reporting, compensation and benefits, employment and recruiting and employee relations. Donna’s key focus has been attracting, retaining and developing Somerset employees who promote and strengthen the company culture.
