Melissa is the Senior Marketing Manager for Somerset CPAs. She joined Somerset’s predecessor firm, Whipple & Company, in September of 1988. In her current role, Melissa manages the firm’s internal and external marketing efforts, as well as the administrative budgeting and reporting functions for the marketing department. External marketing includes client communications, public relations, advertising, web site, blogs and social media, seminars and events, trade shows, community activities and sponsorships. Internal marketing efforts include administration of the firm's Seal the Deal marketing incentive program, marketing training for staff and marketing plan development and support.
