Steve is a principal with Somerset in both our Entrepreneurial Team and Litigation & Valuation Team. His expertise includes tax planning for closely-held businesses, real estate development and construction, estate planning, management consulting and business valuations. He has been involved with numerous business acquisitions and sales. In addition to being a CPA, he also has the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) designations.

Education
Steve graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. in accounting and finance in 1980. He received the Ball State Alumnus of the Year 1996 for the Beta Alpha Psi Chapter and received the Ball State Outstanding Young Alumnus Circle of Achievement Award in 1994.
