Somerset’s Litigation & Valuation Team includes Certified Public Accountants and Certified Valuation Analysts. Some of our team members are also Accredited in Business Valuation, a designation given by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Over the years, we have valued hundreds of businesses in a variety of industries and provided expert testimony in federal, state and local courts throughout the state of Indiana. We have a strong reputation and significant experience in testifying. Clients want to know that the valuation report, expert testimony or damage analysis provided on their behalf will stand up to challenge whether it is from opposing counsel or the Internal Revenue Service.
